“I Love Her More”

As I watched my daughter sleep tonight, I told God all the things I worry about when I think of her.

“God, I want to do what’s best for her. Are we making the right decisions for her for Kindergarten next year? Are we nurturing her and creating an environment where she is thriving? Are we instilling in her empathy? Do we need to be doing more? I love her so much.”

To all of this God whispered to my heart, “I love her more.”
